The first time I tried one of these delectables was after an ashtanga class in Miami. We made our way over to a little hole in the wall joint that makes–the most amazing acai bowls ever. Thank you Miami!

You will need:

1 fresh banana

1 cup frozen berries (your choice)

1 Tablespoon Acai powder (Sunfood brand is my choice)

1/4 cup raw organic coconut water

Add ingredients to Nutribullet, puree until smooth.

Toppings (add as much or as little as you like)!

½ Banana sliced

Chia Seeds

Hemp Seeds


Goji Berries

Frozen Raspberries

Fresh Blueberries
